What an OUTSTANDING week at Vivian’s Residential!

Three properties sold in one day, we took our latest Openn Negotiation off early as a Buyer came in and offered the Seller a price they could not refuse and after only 12 days on market, it’s very evident that properties in the $1M - $1.4M price point are flying out the door. 

We also sold one of our beautiful East Fremantle 2 Bedroom apartments, to a Buyer who is absolutely thrilled with their new purchase, and lucky last Trent sold one of the holiday homes up in Guilderton, as popularity continues to grow in the small town that is just a stone’s throw away from Perth and provides the perfect getaway… Trent only has one property left down in Guilderton so if you are looking for the perfect getaway be sure to check out 47 Moore River Drive... Home opens are pumping, we are finally seeing consistent and good numbers each weekend, and numbers through the apartments and units which is a fantastic sign that the market is on the move, we have sold in the last month 4 beautiful units/apartments.

The private appointments and shopping Buyers around are continuing to remain strong and are producing great results for us, alongside our Openn Negotiation campaigns we aren’t holding stock for a long time, as Buyers continue to scoop up outstanding properties for great prices in the Western Suburbs.
