The market couldn't stay down for much longer could it you have to ask yourself - just wish I had the extra cash to snap up a few bargains that are currently left.
Fence sitters - just keep sitting as you will be the ones saying to me in a few months time if only I had bought !! Yep that's right you keep missing the boat because you keep sitting on that fence - it's time to jump off.
First home buyers are still lacking a little and I can understand that as the bank's are still asking for a pretty heft deposit if they apartment is under 50m2 and they just dont have that amount of money unfortunately - but thanks to many parents out there for putting their life on the line for their kids and giving them a helping hand.
We have done loads of sales and we are listing quite a lot of property - although it's almost too late now to sell before Xmas and have it all settled. Your property needs to be on the market for next Saturday.
