I believe that the homes between $650,000 to $1,200,000 will move faster than ever before now. Will they get more money - possibly as there are more buyers in this price range out there looking at the moment.
With our method of sale "openn negotiation" its a very fair process for all buyers as they have the chance to keep bidding up until they reach their "stop" price.
Agents poo hoo this process but I am not sure they do that because a) they dont understand it or b) they just dont want to put the time in to learn the process.
We have sold 6 properties (transparent & openn neg.) and all the buyers have stuck with us for other properties, they have not been deterred by the process.
If I was buying at this time I would be getting in and securing myself a property. Buyers have had it good for so long but you are now in a different situation.
