LACK OF POLICE

This week we had a break in at the Leaky Tap, 11.30 pm  we get the call from the security company that there has been a break into the cafe.

Bolting out of bed grabbing Olivia and we rush to the cafe.  Security guard from Wilson's was there of course but it did take him 15 minutes to get there of course.

We have cameras etc so we do have the culprit on the cameras however he was hooded and had a bandanna over his face but the police (the next day) took the footage.

What is alarming to me however is that dont expect any police to come to you at night it just wont happen - why I hear you asking?

Well this Government and past Governments have not spent enough money on recruiting more police officers so we are stretched very lean across Perth.  So unless you say "gunshot, stabbing, killing" its not important enough basically.  It's not their fault its the Governments fault for not putting enough money in to allow more people (or is our police force just too top heavy - I wonder).

Fortunately this little part of Mosman Park has a group called the Safety for Mosman Park and we have eyes out everywhere and we communicate often with each other.

We use to get a crime report each week with streets that had been targeted unfortunately we are not allowed those anymore which is a real shame as the SFMP group would often then alert people around the area.

So on Tuesday these thieves also targeted the Mosman Park Bowling Club - they pinched their lawn mower - seriously !!

Leaky Tap doesn't keep cash on the premises but they did run away with Trent's lap top (Olivia was borrowing it) and a couple of ipads (one uber one).

Well you know what make the most of it you thieving mongrels as we are not going to stop until you are behind bars where you belong.  Residents are truly fed up with your crap and getting their cars smashed etc. there is going to be a back lash on you lot just you wait and see.

Mosman Park is such a beautiful place to live so we must all join forces and stamp this wave of crime out, kick it out of our suburb!!
