Well, those Liberals certainly got a severe bashing and perhaps they will need to start listening to their people.
Some have said they tried to go the American way and that in itself was the suicide that they faced. Australians are straight up and they just want to hear that you are going to fix all their problems (regardless if you don't complete all your promises as already proven), the Independents have made their moves and talk the talk and have won so many more votes which just goes to show that the people are very disgruntled. Just not to sure what they can actually achieve to be honest.
High interest rates, the cost of living, shortage of houses to buy or rent - all things that really matter to pretty much everyone.
Politics who would want to be involved in it, all I heard was backstabbing and sniping from everyone and if that's how you have to win - well what is the world coming too!!!
The people have spoken and its Labor now for the next 3 years so now we just get on with it and do the best we can with what we have.
