HOUSES ARE HOT

 Houses are extremely hot right now there is not enough of them to be honest and the competition for them is still reasonably fierce.

Buyers are saying to me that they feel the market is "hot", hmm yep but it's not boiling like Sydney & Melbourne is it?

Seriously Perth has been down in the dumps for 7 years or so now and the moment the market takes off a little bit people are saying it's too hot.  Its not too hot but is it going to go to boiling that's the question you have to ask yourself.?

No one has the crystal ball do they so if you need a house and you are going to sell a house then do it in the same market.  If you are straight out buying a house then stick to your budget and by within your means its not rocket science is it.

Just remember to do your calculations on 7% interest rate wont you as they will go back up and if you have over extended you are going to be what we call a "distressed" sale".
