COVID CASES

Covid cases in Victoria are increasing and as they are looming on a lockdown the people of Melbourne are rushing the shops yet again on TOILET PAPER - what is with the toilet paper thing??  Shops dont shut they keep open so why are they rushing it.

Victoria has recorded an additional 11 new cases of COVID-19 overnight, taking the escalating cluster to 26.

More than 40,400 people came forward to get tested yesterday as the queues continue to swamp the testing clinics today.

I really feel for the tracing people they certainly have their work cut out for themselves this time as its spread far and wide and certainly with the broker that went out and visited pubs/clubs and didnt get home until 4am - wonder how many people that will affect.

Interesting Mark McGowan is not shutting the borders to Victoria (perhaps just in time to get the footy players over for the weekend) ha ha.... 

Should they lock down - probably not but do the hot spots, masks should be worn and I am pretty sure now that people are pretty in tune with what they have to do but again I suppose it only takes one selfish person doesnt it to start the ball rolling yet again.

Not sure how many small businesses can cope with yet another shut down it's pretty hard on them.
