BUBBLE BURSTING

 Interesting to see that the buyers out there now have the opinion that this bubble we are currently in might burst !!

The best time to have nabbed yourself a bargin would have been over the last 2-3 years as the market was slow prices were low and yet still some buyers were saying the property market is going to go even lower.  BOOM !!  then COVID hit and for some reason that no one can quite put their finger on properties started selling and now we dont have enough stock of houses to sell which is creating fierce competition.

When you want to buy a property for yourself to live in you know when its the right one the moment you step into the home - that's when you should be making it known to the agent that you are interested in the home.  If you are going to hold the home for 7-10 years does it really matter if you pay 20-40 over the price that you wanted to pay - now it's more like $140k over the initial price depending on the strategy.

My advice is today is to get the house you want now as I dont see it stopping for a little while, however who has the crystal ball no one!!

Little bit different if you are looking for an investment as it's all about the numbers for you.

Get your finance approved and step into the ring, buckle up baby and get on with it. 

The sooner you get into the market the better.
