RENTAL RULES ARE DIFFICULT

 The Premier in his wisdom (not) has decided to carry on the COVID rules around tenancy agreements has stretched it out to March 2021.

So if you are coming home and want to move back into your rental it's just not that easy.  The tenant can refuse to do that where does that leave you - out in the cold of course.

Not only can you not give the tenant notice even when the tenancy agreement comes to an end its all dependant on your tenant.

The rules are difficult and I would urge you to read up more or give our Operations Manager a call and perhaps have a discussion with her - Adrijana on 08 9384 4600.

For me personally there is no way I would return to managing my own properties it's very tricky and I would rather stick pins in my eyes then deal with what they are going through right now.

Make that call or do your research as it's changed so much.
