I have been telling our data base of buyers where are you currently sitting in your buying process. The market is changing I feel and you should be getting your finance into order and getting ready to buy now (that was about 4 weeks ago).
Now the tide has turned, there has been so many sales in the Western Suburbs especially Mosman Park there has been over 23 sales in Mosman Park alone.
Now there is less stock on the market and the property is selling so fast now that buyers dont have the opportunity of the time to think about it. You dont have the time now to think twice about it. If you walk in the door and think that you can live here and you LIKE the home then do something about it - snooze you are going to lose right now.
If you are in that stalled pattern please shake yourself out and get into that buying mode as it's certainly has changed for you as a buyer and it's no longer in your corner.
