 We would like to say a huge thank you to all our current clients and our pending clients for supporting Vivian's through this very difficult year.

For five and a half years since we opened Vivian's doors the market was on a huge down turn. We built up our rent roll as the sales we knew were so up and down it was very hard to manage. Our rent roll is made up of a really amazing owners who have stuck with us and it's not as if they have not endured pain through all this Covid ordeal as they have.

September was our biggest month for sales that we have had ever since we opened our doors with 9 sales.  The sales market has certainly taken off and now the homes that available are very lean indeed.

Is it a good time to sell - give us a call we will give you the honest truth, there are a lot of things we need to discuss prior to giving you an answer.  One thing is for sure you will get an honest answer.
