WORK ETHIC

 I am hearing on the grapevine that employers are struggling to get workers in?

Why because they say people are on jobkeeper and other benefits and they are not wanting to work the full week.

Come on guy's what's wrong with everyone.  Where has the work ethic gone?  Businesses have managed to struggle through and some businesses although shut have kept their staff on through that job keeper.

When the wheels turn and they will it will be alot harder to get jobs and then with all the safety nets taken away its going to be a different story.

Just working keeps your sanity doesnt it?  I dont know maybe I am old school but it was very important to me to get a good reference from my old boss that I did everything I possibly could to make sure they really "needed" me as part of their team.

I am hoping that people come to their senses and get back into the workforce and its far better for your mental health as well.

My heart goes out to those businesse struggling with finding staff and I am not sure what the answer is for you but you will find that ethical person they are around.
