With the news going on about over East how their rental properties are going down in their rents they are not saying anything about what's happening in Perth.
Well our rents are not going down infact we have the beginnings of a shortage of rentals here in Perth. No we cannot put rentals up during COVID-19 to the tenants that are currently renting however those rentals that are coming up for re rent yes we are putting them up between $10-$50-$100 depending if they are a unit or a house.
We dont have the problems of excess rentals here right now and we are struggling to keep up with the demand. Houses are in very short demand and that might have a lot to do with the X-Pats coming home and wanting their houses back.
Very interesting times ahead I think but right now Perth is finally having a little bit of an upbeat swing towards our rentals.
