FROM OLYMPIAN TO MODEL !!

Once you reach a major goal in your life it would be hard to re set your goals any higher once you have become an Olympian.  

Thought I would share that my daughter has been home from America now for a year plus from doing her scholarship in America and doing a double degree, media and business.

Olivia did some modelling for Liz Davenport in the weekend.

Olivia has now started up the "Leaky Tap Café" at 43 Victoria Street Mosman Park, call in for a coffee and a sweet, she has Marco the Italian barista who makes a very good coffee.

THE LEAKY TAP CAFE

Opening 14^th March 2015 officially, but has been open since Monday 10^th March.  Hours from 7 am to 4pm.

The name The Leaky Tap references the family business, Vivian’s & Sons Plumbing, that operated on the corner of Jarrad and Railway Streets, Cottesloe for over 77 years.

 " Craig Vivian, father to The Leaky Tap owner Olivia Vivian,  was a well-known plumber in the Mosman Park/Cottesloe community and this cafe is themed in honour and memory of his lifetime in the business. "

It also references the many factories and businesses that were for decades the lifeblood of this suburb. 

Historically Mosman Park was a major industrial centre for the State with the General Motors car and truck assembly plant (sited over the road where Iona Primary School now sits), the Colonial Sugar Refinery, The Mt Lyell Farmers’ Fertilisers superphosphate works, the WA Rope and Twine Works and the Western Australian Brushware Co, factory.

All were closed by the 1970s and most of Mosman Park is now residential.
