VIVIAN'S RESIDENTIAL CLOSE NOW

To all those interested people 43 Victoria Street Mosman Park - Leaky Tap at the front Vivian's Residential at the back is almost finished !!  We are moving our furniture in next Friday so hopefully by Monday 23rd February we may finally be trading out of our brand new office.

MARCH 8th AT 43 VICTORIA STREET - will be our family day invites will go out within the next week or so, bring the kids as there is a sausage sizzle,  face painting, fairy floss and lots of give aways.  The Mayor Mr Ron Norris will be doing the opening at 12.00 noon.
Two sessions so make sure you do you booking through julie@viviansresidential.com as numbers are limited to 300 so first in first served.

West to West Building Company have been doing the renovations to both premises and I have to say have done a superb job on a building that was so badly dilapidated more so than anyone could have guess until they got into the job.  Big thank you to Hans & Michael who have really dedicated the last 6 months of gruelling renovating and solving all the structural problems, council paper work (urgh !! I cannot handle all that paper work that's for sure) it's certainly been a test of everyone's patience.

Thank you to all the people sending us text's and emails wishing us well we have really appreciated all of those.

We have 11 listings now and 6 rentals with about another 8 rented properties coming over to us at the end of the month.  That will grow at a rapid rate going by all the phone calls I am receiving.
