HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

Well today being Valentine's Day and there were quite a lot of people out and about.
Wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's Day today brought a smile to everyone's faces which is always nice to see people smiling.

The general consensus out there is quite positive with the interest rates coming down again - now don't forget to compare your bank against a broker as the broker has contacts with every bank and can quite often get you a better rate (they don't cost you remember).
Who knows what will happen in the future but all I know is what is happening right now, properties are selling and people are genuinely looking and buying when they feel right about the home.

You cannot get all your boxes ticked off unless you build a property yourself and even then it doesn't always work out - besides taking over a year to build these days unless you have time up your sleeve this won't be an option for most people.

What is encouraging the properties over the $1,400,000 seem to be moving now, there is a shortage of properties under a $1,000,000 unless they are a small cottage on a half block with lots of work to do.  Personally I like new properties already done with minor changes to make it your own.

Anyway if you have been sitting on the fence for a while now I think now could be a really great time to put your toe into the water and have a go !!
