It's funny as I get emails from all over the world and they are interested in some of the topics I write about. So if you are wanting to discuss anything let me know.
There is currently 12,809 properties available for purchase in WA, 4 weeks ago there was 13,264 so there has been some absorption happening contrary to a lot of agents who think we are heading towards a market that is going to be swamped with more listings that we can handle. 686 sales occurred last week as in opposed to 4 weeks ago of 799 (you would expect that though as most people have to prepare for Xmas and a lot of agents go away).
Rentals are now being snapped up which is about time, the newspapers are generally 4-6 weeks behind the 8 ball as they await for REIWA's figures to come out quarterly.
Personally I think Perth is in a great space, yes we have not been speeding ahead like the Eastern States has but we have remained steady.
