What is going on ?????
The units are now starting to fly off the table especially these one bedrooms that are under that $300,000 mark and their rentals are from $350.00 per week.
We rented one in Dover Court (9 Stories high) for $440 per week, geez louise I have not seen those prices in the one bedrooms for years. Look I personally think we are going to grow some more as the lack of rentals is just so bad people are paying $50 to $100 over the top just to try and secure a place.
We are only starting people so those investors that are thinking about jumping back in DO IT NOW those prices will not last that long (buying I mean).
