We have done three openn negotiation programmes in the last two weeks. Generally a three week programme with a final bidding night.
I have to say that all three have sold and with 7 Harvey Street Mosman Park being the hottest one with over 7 bidders involved in the programme it ended up being 2 bidders fighting it out and the price obtained was fantastic for the Sellers.
The feed back we are getting back from the buyers though is good as even though they have missed out on the property they feel that they were beaten fair and sqaure. Unlike an offers programme where they dont know what the other offers are they can only presume that.
Owners like the programme as they feel that the property was show cased and the market paid what it was worth - so everyone happy.
