RENTAL SHORTAGE

   Okay so now there is a rental shortage well you didnt have to be a road scholar to work that one out do you?

Rentals have been suppressed in their rents for over a year and really there has been no need to now they are going to jump in some cases quite significantly.

Landlords have been doing it really tough as they have had to reduce rents to keep tenants and in some cases some landlords have not seen rent in a year and yet they still cannot get rid of those bludging tenants.

People are now selling their rental investment properties because they have just had enough of the treatment that they get and quite frankly I dont blame them !!

You have to continually defend getting your rent, putting up with damage that tenants do and then the magistrate says it's fair wear and tear.  

There is going to be an even bigger shortage of rentals just you wait and see.
