My brother in law has just had his two knees done at the same time and so many people have said to me WOW how is he going to manage that? Well not really sure but I suppose they opted to do them both at the same time as they probably wouldn't get him back in to do the second one - he's in a lot of pain right now of course and he has high pain tolerance.
Is it all the sport we use to play on the old bitumen courts? I know that net ball was played on extremely hard courts with the good old volley gym shoes (no support really but we all thought they looked good at the time - my times have progressed).
Also the amount of people needing hip operations that is huge and I know now how to identify them when people are walking.
Make sure that your insurance is updated to include the old knee and hip wont you as you will be putting your had way deep into your pocket if you dont.
