COMING UP TO THREE YEARS THAT VIVIAN'S RESIDENTIAL WAS BORN

We are coming up to our anniversary for three years starting up VIVIAN'S RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE and we have gone through the toughest three years in real estate and some people said why would you do that in this very tough market?

Well the market was sliding alright in every direction, sales and rentals were going down at a pretty fast rate.  However we now have over 204+ rentals under our care being looked after my Sharon Pimlott one of the best property managers I have ever had the privilege to work with - thank you Sharon for being such an awesome person and delivering such good results to our owners we are truly blessed to have you in our team.

Thank you also to Jodie Matthews-Goobie who is our Trust Accountant who took on such a huge job in 2015 and for being such an awesome person and a real asset to our Team.

Thank you to Elizabeth Anderson who joined our Team in 2017 who is one of the best young people I have ever had the privilege to work with. Lizzy keeps Trent and myself on track and helps us communicate with our Sellers, buyers and past clients - awesome effort Lizzy.

Kyla Burgess who is our Director of First Impressions and also assists Property Management you are a real asset to our team with your big beaming smile, your friendly nature and your willingness to help in any direction you get pulled into - thank you for being a real team player means a lot to us.

Sarah Harton new to our property management division who has been with us just under a month and going by how Sharon is impressed makes us even happier as she is a real hard task masker and if you make it past her you win a medal from us.  Thank you for joining our team.

Our newest member Catherine Benoit - sales representative has just started 2 weeks in and is developing her skills, learning how the Team really likes to help people with their biggest asset and moving to another home - probably one of the biggest stresses anyone will go through. Catherine will be an awesome sales person to help anyone with their real estate needs because of her background she is already market ready. Thank you Catherine for joining our Team we will only be a lot more stronger because of you.

Not forgetting our Chester who is the Pomeranian who just loves being in the office, receiving pats from staff and clients we love you to bits and you make us smile every day.

We are just so proud of our Team that is now working with us as we all help each other and more importantly help our clients in anyway we can, there is nothing we cannot try to do to assist them.
