BE GRATEFUL

 The one thing life has taught me along the way is to be grateful for what you have, where you live, the people that are in your life.

If you don't like where you are living, then do something about it work out a plan to make it happen.

If you don't like the people that surround you - then guard your gates and get rid of the ones that don't serve you. You need to surround yourself with people that encourage, appreciate you and see your value. (very important) 

Every day I wake up I think to myself what am I grateful for:

my family

the air that I breath

where I live

my health

Just those few things alone are such huge things that have taken me a long time to get there and lots of people that I have met along the way to help me see the light.

Just remember that Perth is "the place" to be and so many millions of people are moving right in and this is causing the horrendous shortage of rentals and properties for sale.

We have a great life in Perth and for that I am very grateful.
