With interest rates going on hold yesterday that's really good news for a lot of people that have loans will be breathing a sigh of relief.
With the amount of people coming into WA right now people buying property doesnt seem to be an issue.
There is a lot of locals saying they are going to wait until we go down again - I just dont feel that this is going to happen anytime soon (no one has the crystal ball stuff) but I think Perth prices are still going to keep going.
When getting your loan organised please do your calculations on 7% loan repayments and even if they go down you will be okay with your repayments. Make sure you have a good broker that wont give you the wrong advice and sell you up at a higher rate. Email us for some brokers details.
There have been those panic calls about selling because the repayments have just got too much for them so please be careful when going into a mortgage that you do it on a lot higher rate.
