Wow talk about getting smashed with the rentals seriously even though we put dont ring on the ad's people are still phoning the office jamming our phones up.
If we advertise it for $350 we are getting $400 and so on it's just so hard for renters to guage what they should be paying to try and get the property. Look our girls are very good but they take the best 5 applicants screen them and then discuss it with the owner, ultimately it lies with the owner which is even more scary as they have never even met you.
The trouble is that you are just a number without being known to anyone, lets face it its who you know to even get into the ring.
For you investors out there make sure that you have a really good property manager on your side as it's going to get a lot worse.
In the meantime I have to say that you might have to consider to sharing a house with absolute strangers?
