HAPPY NEW YEAR

 Happy New Year to all my followers sorry I have not posted in a while but the true fact is I just got really busy around that October mark. 

It was like boom all of a sudden there were people, offers, properties, rentals everywhere and it just didnt stop not even over Xmas.

I hope that everyone had a brilliant Christmas and New Year celebrating, relaxing etc. with loved ones making good memories.  Yes we feel for those that have family over East but the rules are the rules and there is always face time (not as a good as a hug but atleast it's something).

Whats in for 2022 ???

Well it's going to be very interesting with our borders opening up on February 5th, I know the nation is undecided about what should happen some are even saying dont let anyone in we have a perfect life here - yes we do but for how long someone can only hold back for a certain amount of time as we have major problems getting staff for positions here (that's everywhere in Australia).

The market is definitely booming in the housing sector the apartments are still a bit slow but we have sold one yesterday after being on the market for some months (cash too).

The other sale was Marlborough Street and a Sydney investor bought that one and he will move over here in 2-3 years and building on the block.

Then we sold a listing off market Palmerston Street - suited the seller to do it that way though we dont recommend that strategy (which I told her) especially in a hot market like it is now, however it was her choice and she was extremely happy and thats what we are in business for making people happy.  

If you have been sitting on the fence for buying a property then you have definitely missed the cheap boat but it's still on the rise so I would get your foot in the door NOW !! 

I have been coming across a lot of people that have said our properties are too expensive now and they will wait until the market goes down - well good luck with that strategy as it wont work for you as I dont believe we are in for a down turn for a long time, we are so cheap with our property to compared to Sydney and Melbourne.  Even Adelaide is more expensive than Perth.  With the amount of people now wanting to come and live here I think it's going to get very short in stock.

Anyway it's your decision have a fabulous 2022.
