RENTAL MARKET

 There will be alot in the papers about the rental market.

Be aware there is definitely a shortage of rentals out there at the moment and you can understand why.

Investors were selling off their rentals as the returns were not good and the way that the tenants reacted over the Covid period and the fact that a lot of investors lost so much money over that time for the inability of tenants not being able to pay their rent so hence they left the market in their droves.

The Government has not exactly built many homes and now they are highly unlikely going to be able to get any builders to build as they are booked up for two years.

This is a terrible over sight by the Government who should have been all over it years ago.

So many people are flocking into WA (and why wouldnt they) to come and live here because of our track record and seriously why would you be anywhere else.

Watch this space.as its only going to get hotter!!
