GOOD FINANCIAL YEAR

 We would like to thank all your repeat clients, new clients and clients that are about to become clients.  Thank you all so much for putting your trust into Vivians Real Estate to help you sell, buy or lease your property it was an astounding year for Vivian's.

It certainly didnt come without it's problems and we are trying so hard to get the perfect team to help us all steady the boat and to be honest we have got some amazing staff who go above and beyond their duty and we really love you all to bits and do appreciate everything you do for us.

Who would have thought that the COVID lockdown would make realestate boom for us in Australia.  No one in their right mind would have thought that and if you had said it out loud you probably would have been committed ha ha... Well Perth did okay and we as a group fell into line and did as we were told hence why we have not had the issues other states have had.  (we are all just wee lambies really)

But why has the real estate gone mad probably from a few of these reasons:

Divorce

People cannot live together anymore as they realise full time living together is bad for them

People not taking their holidays so they are upgrading their properties or due to the fact they are now working a lot from home and need more space

Everyone coming home from wherever they are in the world (if they can) and buying up our realestate and in some cases sight unseen 

Interstate people moving over here or just buying ahead of the game for when they do move over 

Government help for businesses, workers, renters and everyone else receiving payments certainly helped everyone stay on their feet - especially Perth people who rebounded back pretty quickly

Interest rates extremely low (for how long though)

Investors coming back into the market as there was no use putting their money in the bank.

But as I have said before no one has the crystal ball and if they try and predict what will happen in the next financial year good luck !!  If we open up the borders when we get to 80% vaccinated let's see what happens next.  People will get sick but they wont be hospitilised or so they say who really knows what is going to happen.

One thing is for sure though we are going to have to live with it so buckle up and make your plans on how you are going to hop on the train going forward as it surely will and if you dont make your plans you will be left behind.
