COVID OUTBREAKS

 Well what a horrid week for the Eastern States communities we really feel for you guys and its proven just how serious and deadly this latest strain of Covid is.

What I dont get is the conspiracy theories and the lack of willingness to comply with these lock downs.

Dont be blaming the Government or your State Governments we are all in this together and no one has a bloody hand book on this virus.  They are doing the very best they can with the information that they are receiving.  Everyone is just so quick to blame someone for what's happening - there is no one to blame here but the people that just dont listen and keep walking around being the spreaders, just because they dont believe in it.

What we do know is that masks and lock downs work they stop the spreading (no one out) and you can get those numbers down pretty quickly.

No one wants to be locked down and needless to say the Government has no financial advantage to us being locked down, they need the businesses to survive, they need people to be working.

Will having the jab stop all this - who knows it hasnt been around long enough but it has proven overseas with a whole town being vaccinated and then they let people in and it has not harmed them.

With the graphic ads coming on - you know what if thats what it takes to make people realise that it's very very real and we just couldnt have that many people on respirators then I am all for it. 

Perth I have to say is extremely lucky so far with only minor lock downs but McGowan will lock it down pretty hard and fast - I might not agree with it all the time but it's not me that has to make those decisions we just have to comply with them.  Congratulations Perth I think you have done an amazing job of adhering to whatever we are told to do we are a bit like sheep ha ha baa baa baa very obedient ones.

With people saying that the Government is trying to control us - please get real why would you even think that?  Go to China and see what control is you have absolutely no idea !!

Australia is a fantastic place and its run extremely well.  What we actually need is positive people sending out positive messages, get us all back on track.  We wont be getting back to "normal" whatever that is going to look like for a long time so we need to pivot and adjust to our new way of life, business and travel.  At least people are seeing more of their own state these days as they have no other choices available to them.

I hear people saying all the time they want to get on a plane and go for a holiday - where do you think you are going to go without COVID being present - seriously get a life !!

Patience is a virtue and we all have to be very patient and try to look after people less fortunate than ourselves.

When we get to 80% vaccinated we will have a real chance of beating this bloody virus and hopefully we can avoid people from dying from it.

You dont have to agree with me these are only my views but when you have friends in the medical profession and they tell you what it would really look like if we dont comply it's pretty convincing.  Who wants their jobs to be made harder and sader because of people dying certainly not me.
