BEST PLACE TO LIVE

 Well hello of course Perth is one of the most desirable places to live.

a) we dont have covid and we handle it quick and smartly if there is a slight chance of it

b) we have awesome weather

c) we do as we are told

d) our housing is more affordable than Sydney or Melbourne

e) Perth people are super friendly

f) best place to raise kids

g) fantastic beaches accessible to everyone

Gee I could go on and on .......

So it's not surprising that our real estate is being snapped up by the Eastern States buyers not necessarily coming here to live right now but they are definitely planning to move over here.

Because the locals are resisting this new increase in our prices the Eastern State's people are still feeling that they have snapped a bargin.

Why?  Just look at how close everyone is to the beach here?  We dont have the traffic that they have to endure - although developers are working on that one for us by infilling us.

Having travelled around a bit (not extensively but enough to know) I so appreciate Perth for what it is although the cold weather (not that cold really) I am not enjoying as I have become so accustomised to the warmer weather anything under 18 is chilly to me ha ha... (x new zealander really where it goes in to the minus).  I think I am becoming a whimp!!

If you see the house you really love and you will be in it for the next 7-10 years then dont dilly dally and give those Eastern Staters a chance snap it up you do not have the time to think about it right now.  Trust your gut !!
