CHRISTMAS HERE WE COME

 Just that very word Christmas and everyone does a big sigh - it only seemed like a few months that we went through the last one.

But look at Perth and what we have achieved this year.  We have positioned ourselves as one of the safest place in the world and boy doesnt everyone know it.

Leases are about to achieve premium prices with the rental market tightening up.  I suspect after March the rentals will rise anywhere between 5-30% depending on how low those rents are.  It certainly has been challenging for a lot of people trying to get rentals lately.

With the borders about to open up (by the time you read this they would have opened up) there will be a huge influx of people flocking to beautiful Perth and god only knows where we are going to house them all - I hear Mandurah has had a lot of sales from Sydney and Melbourne people.

In the lead up to Christmas it is a good time of the year to sell and especially family type of homes as they will be in huge demand.  There are not many weeks left realistically for this all to happen as a lot of businesses close down over that 2 weeks between Christmas and New Year.

If you are serious it is not too late yet and we can get your home on the market within a week and start building up buyer interest from the word go but it is best to go to the market.

Still shaking my head as I cannot believe we are heading fast towards another Xmas.
