CHEAP RATES RIGHT NOW

 All the time I hear the market is falling, interest rates are too high (although not that old woodduck for a while) not the right time, the market is too hot is the latest one.

There is never going to be a perfect time in your life to buy and sell a property it's about what is the right time for you.\

Interest rates are certainly the most cheapest I have ever seen in my 40 years of buying real estate so I would think it's definitely the time to get in right now and buy your investment property or your first home.

If you are young and not attached with no children then yes go and borrow as much as you can and start paying down that mortgage.  If you are married and have children and rely on two salaries then I would be a bit more careful.

Finance is a very crucial thing in your life and things can go horribly wrong so please do get the right advice from a professional (not necessarily your bank).
