 Vivian's decided at the new financial year that it was time for us to focus on growth and look at what we can do to continue to expand as a business alongside adapting to this shitty current economic climate. (yeah thanks COVID) - although Perth is the best place to be right now.

We have employed a very dynamic young lady to our Team called Adrijana to be our Operations & Business Development Manager (boy is she a go getter).  AJ (as we call her) has a real passion for real estate and has the ability to get what we mean by looking after our clients she is exceptional.

With a rocky start as we lost our long standing PM Sharon AJ stepped into that portfolio and didnt complain but just got on with it and we have now employed Anja who has really fitted into our team extremely well.  Now AJ can back to her job that she was employed to do and that is to grow the business.

On top of that we changed over software (ugh nightmare - change is supposed to be good right) yes this system is cloud based, supposed to be faster, hopefully second month we would have ironed out all the little bugs.

I have to say that AJ has delivered exceptional leasing results with our new clients having their properties leased in their first home opens, above the asking rent with multiple applications!! This has resulted in us have a 0% vacancy rate for our business, a huge achievement despite the COVID challenges we are facing.
