LAND ACTIVITY

Well according to REIWA land sales have dropped by -5.4% and yet the land tax office reckons some land has increased, suggest they read the stats or read the papers.

It's always a bone of contention with the land tax being applied as they always want to put things up regardless even though we have been sliding since 2014 they are in denial.

It's a good time to buy if you can actually get the bank to lend you some money.

If you are wanting to purchase a house and land packages there are some great ones available but remembering you have to go miles out to get them.

Think very carefully about location versus size of home, I would pick the location and a smaller piece of real estate every time.
