ARE YOU 50 AND LOOKING FOR FINANCE

Wow look at how times have changed eh the banks have put the brakes on fully now, so if you are 50 years old and wanting a bank loan look out you could be in trouble.

You should have a huge deposit and a lot less years to pay it off of course as they are making sure you are ticking all "their" boxes of requirements - meanwhile the Government is trying to make us work until we drop dead - go figure it out.

I strongly advise you to seek some advice when you are seeking a loan its not what it use to be that's for sure.  I just dont believe that people are fully aware of how much they have been affected by the change in the bank's lending criteria.
