RETIREMENT HOMES

With Western Australia has gone through a down turn in the last 4-5 years the retirement villages appear not to have adjusted their prices to keep in line with the rest of the real estate.  Needless to say there is a lot more places available in the Western Suburbs as they have kept their prices pretty much the same so they are struggling to sell them.

Interesting though some people are prepared to move out a little further and go into the brand new ones that have been built recently as they are cheaper and their monthly fee's are cheaper.

I think if you are wanting to stay in the Western Suburbs I wouldnt be too scared to put in an offer on something that you like you might find they will negotiate with you.  There is certainly a lot to choose from.

Certainly have a good look around there is a lot on offer.
