When we started up Vivians we wanted a slogan that represents us and the "keeping it real" has had so much positive comments as people over the 20 years know me as a very "real" person.  If you dont want the honesty then dont come to me as I am not the right agent for you.

What type of houses do we sell - a common question as a lot of people have this opinion that we only sell strata.  So not true.  The ideal person for us is someone who really cares about how their property is marketed, it doesnt really matter what type of property it is it can be a one bedroom to a high end property, its about being the right customer for us and that they actually care about how their property is presented.  People that aspire to have that experience of having their property professionally marketed, professional photos (we dont compromise on) and are happy to invest in their marketing, we consider that this customer is the right person for us.

If you go to our home opens they are consistent you will have the same experience from one to the other.  We are proud of "Vivians" and what we offer to our customers and from all our testimonials collected over the years is good proof that we walk the talk.

Not everyone is the right fit for us we get that and to all those people that have used "Vivians" thank you for your support and being our raving customers as that is one of our major goals is to give you a fantastic experience and be a raving fan.
