Very transparent for them they are not stressing about them losing the property on price
Still look around at other properties
Not tied into the property
No deposit paid
The property will not be sold without their knowledge
They will bid up to their maximum and if they out bidded at least they gave it a real go

Can make plans a little further ahead

Although there can only be one winner on the buyers side, yes buyers that miss out get very disappointed, but they still say they would use the process again but this time be a little bit faster on their bidding and try and physic the other buyers out.
Sellers when they get 5-6 bidders are very happy as they can then make an informed decision on the what the market is saying on their property they get a real feel for the pricing and they can always drop their reserve if it is not close to the current bidders.
We love it, yes its a lot of work and can be quite intense within that 5 week programme but its better than having a property on the market for 3+ months isnt it?
