James you have done Australia a really good service as you have more people talking about mental health.

Mental Health is a huge issue in this Country and there is not enough good facilities (hence why he has gone overseas to seek help) to help a lot of people that struggle here right now in this Country.

The biggest step is to recognise what you are going through and agree to get help.

We applaud you James and the public support you have is awesome, we wish you well and get better soon.  Take your time and make sure you are ready to come back.
