END OF FINANCIAL YEAR FOR VIVIAN'S RESIDENTIAL

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie Harrington our business partner for achieving 63 rentals in the first four months of us being in business - a huge effort on the rental side of things.  Not only does she do the rentals, but helps us with our home opens, just does whatever has to be done and never complains.  She absolutely tries her best to fit in with new tenants that come to us for viewings - what suits them basically.
Huge effort and a big boost to our business.  Would not have gone into business without Julie as she allows me to just sell like I am use to and not having to deal with the running of the business - thanks Jules makes me very happy.

A big thank you also to Stephanie our receptionist who is always happy and laughing for all our clients that she meets and greets at our reception desk.

Kim who is our personal assistant who has been thrown into the deep end with no real estate experience who has just fitted in to our team perfectly.

Julie Barker who is our sales representative for Swanbourne & Mt Claremont and North Cottesloe - what a winner selling her first listing in just 11 days prior to Auction and for a record price - more of that Julie please !! 

Trent Vivian well cannot be happier working with my son who wants to be the next William Porteous or should we say Peter Burns - aim high son that's the way. 

Chester the four year old Pommy well he trots around and out the front to the café and everyone just loves him as he is a real people's dog.

Big thanks to all our clients that have been extremely loyal to the Vivian name and it goes to show you that people follow people not a brand and they have told me so many times over the years to go out on my own - well now we finally did it and they are all grinning - thank you to you all.

With the business starting so late in March it has been so full on getting everything settled in and put in to place and with such a wonderful team we have here it makes our lives very easy.

Two years down the track we will be wanting to extend up wards - ugh joys of joys building again not !!
