13,676 properties listed for sale in Perth, last week it hit over the 14,000+ mark.
This time last year there was 10,039 and four weeks ago there was 13,446 available.
Property sales for Perth were last week 953, 4 weeks ago 573, same week last year 827, so those numbers have increased which is good.
Rentals are still up there with the numbers but it is honestly the presentation and don't try leaving old cruddy furniture in there as the young people will walk straight out. Yes the rents have dropped but we are still renting ours out it all has to do with availability and of course Julie lives in Mosman Park so she shows the apartments/homes whenever the client wants to see them.
