Saturday we had some clients that are looking for an apartment to put into their super fund.
Be wary if you are going to do this and make sure you get your finance in order as from past experience the finance takes about 6-7 weeks to get organised.
After being to a few seminars it's a very good alternative to have self managed super funds but you have to have the time to do it. Myself I couldn't see me doing it but I do have a lot of clients that manage them.
Get some advice and learn about it before you leap into it but it's a very good way to stash your money.
