OPENN OFFERS

 Who said the market is going down wards or stabalising.

45 Harvey was on the openn offers programme had 6 people waiting there with their bids to bid on this Wednesday night at 5pm and boom someone comes into the home open and wants to take it off the market.

Naturally I had been taking to those bidders who had put their bids in and had more in the tank, some said no that's it which is fair enough.

So bang one of the bidders went in high at $1,660,000 and blew everyone out of the water. That's the power of openn.

I know some buyers say they dont want to do this programme but seriously if you like the house you dont have a choice as it's the sellers choice to choose their strategy and personally I think it's very fair as people can see others in it with them so we dont have to say sorry there are  other offers THEY CAN SEE THAT !!!

Congratulations Donna for your quick and decisive action which won you the house in the end, for a person who didnt even know how to down load the app you did very well.

Your daughter is one hell of a lucky person to have such great parents looking out for her and I hope she really enjoys the property.
