STOCK VERY VERY LOW

 Perth Metro stock levels are staying so exceptionally low that it will keep the pressure on here in Perth.

There were 7,329 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is up 1.2 per cent compared with the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings remaining relatively stable, unit listings increasing by 1.3 per cent and vacant land listings increasing by 2.2 per cent. 

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 2.7 per cent higher than four weeks ago but it is 7.3 per cent lower than levels seen a year ago.

RENTALS - LOW STOCK - EXTREME DEMAND = A VERY STRONG MARKET

Our viewings are being so well attended with so many people coming to them, we have put up the rentals the two bedrooms by $50-$100 per week.The girls are struggling through each viewing as it's very important to connect with the people coming so that you can make an informed choice of an appropriate tenant.  The amount of phone calls coming into the office regarding rentals has tripled.
