Well who said the market has taken a down turn we opened 9 Herbert Road Subiaco on Saturday and it was raining, really cold, bit windy, but they still kept coming a whole 40+ groups plus parents, plus children, plus all the friends that came with that 40 groups.
Herbert was a lovely character home with an extension upstairs with the parents retreat. With the high patterned ceilings and the wooden floors the ornate fire places it was a really nice home to have to open.
Thanks to Di who baked us over 50 packets of ginger biscuits they were a huge hit, the kids that came with their parents didnt think they were going to get one but of course they did, I ran out before the home open had finished.
This home had so much charm and character it was an absolute dream to be there.
Congratulations to the young family that bought it you got yourself a beautiful home.
Yes sold it well under offer first home open even though it was on openn offers the home can be sold before the end date.
