WILL RENT'S RISE

 The media has certainly been hamming it up saying all these people are going to be left out on the streets with no where to go?

Really if they were really good tenants and paid their rent on time etc. they would have been looking for rentals over a month or so a go and had a plan to move out into something else.

The tenants that have bad record of course they are not going to be considered and they will need help from the Government who should have been preparing for this anyway.

The government needs to step up without a doubt as it's not up to private landlords to cover the rental situation and they have been hurting for quite some time with no rent increases been allowed and their mortgage had to go on hold all those sorts of things but did the Government think of those people NO !!

We have rentals available and we are diligently putting people into them so you can get them but you need to cut the cloth dont you?

Obviously people that upgraded their rentals to a larger one when rents went down will have to go back down again its pretty simple really.  Landlords need to get a return or why else would they have them?

Dont get angry at the Property Manager as they are the meat in the sandwich but remember they work for their owners as it's them who pay their salaries.
