REIWA

 In case you dont know REIWA is our institute that we (agents) belong to (well most of us).

This organisation has been around a very long time and in the last 5-7 years it has really had to pivot a lot to keep up with our forever changing world, especially in the last 3 years I would say and definitely 2020 has been extremely challenging for every business.

Neville Pozzi has been the CEO for nearly 10 years and has always done the right business moves for REIWA as a business and he's probably not been given enough credit for all the business decisions that he makes for the insitute however it just goes to show by the AGM last night and the financial position that REIWA is currently in shows Neville's extremely good business skills. (that's not taking away anything from the rest of the people involved either but this little rant is about Neville)

Neville is actually going to retire in 2022 as he said it's time for someone else to step in 10 years is enough time and a new person will be a good thing for the institute.

I just wanted to publicly say to Neville thank you so much for all your hard work and everthing you achieved for us as agents you have done such an amazing job. I have always found Neville to be level headed (unlike me at times) and always put us first.  It will be a sad day the day you leave Neville but understand there comes a time when it's time to move on to other things (like enjoying your retirement).

REIWA is a website that western australians use and more people should be using them quite frankly as its OUR website and usually the most up to date one.  I have always pushed this website and I would hate to see it exit from the internet so make sure you visit it when you are looking for properties and if you think it could be improved send your suggestions in I am sure they would welcome the feedback.
