 I keep getting asked did I know about Ben Polson (my daughter's partner) wining Ninja Warrior.

NO I DID NOT !!

Olivia only told me that Ben did very well he was pleased with his performance, I never challenged that as I never do as they are sworn to secrecy of course and they are very good at hiding things like that.

I have to say that watching the final espisode in my theatre room with Ben's family was very exciting and there was a lot of shouting and screaming going on.

Yes was sad when Olivia fell of course and on an apparatus that she nails all the time too is disappointing but that's Ninja Warrior anything can happen on the day.

It was so thrilling to see Ben climb that rope so quick and easy and to beat Charlie who was at that stage winning, beat him by 1 minute phew !!  Awesome effort Ben was so happy that you achieved your goal and your dream.

If you have not watched Ben's story do google it as it's a good story to share to those people that are suffering from high anxiety it just proves its a mind game and exercise does help you.
