I am on the hunt for 10 good homes for our girls to put into our rent roll.
If you are thinking about renting out your house for a year or so please do give me a call as we now need 10 more houses - where - that is negotiable as I have two property managers equally as good - one south and one north.
Really would like them in the Western Suburbs and surrounding areas (only because I am a control freak and like to drive past them once a month) but will look at all areas and give you a quick response.
If you know of anyone that is contemplating renting their house out please do contact us and see what we can offer them as I guarantee they will be impressed and of course you get the use of my services towards the rentals for free !! (that doesnt happen too often I can tell you).
We have just over 200 rentals in our department and we would like to get to 300 (slowly of course) but at this stage just another 10 to bed down.
