Why not put a list together of resolutions you want to achieve in 2019 on your wardrobe mirror and start crossing them off as you achieve them.
Yes we all make them and we dont always get to them all but unless you have them infront of you to remind you there is very little chance you are going to think of them everyday.
I always write them down in the back of my diary dont tend to look at them until August and then again in December funnily enough and I do cross out a lot in that list which is amazing really but if you write them down its in your head isnt it and your subconscious takes it and keeps you on the straight and narrow.
